I always like to have people I know and trust do work for us. This guy is very trustworthy and a hard worker. If you need someone, call him!
Dan came to us after I was looking for a contractor to extend and enclose our front porch into a bedroom and living room.
He did such a wonder job! He is a honest young man who does excellent work at a fair price!
He treated us more like a friend than a contractor.
He is insured and that made us feel so much more comfortable with him remodeling our home, we highly recommend him!
We had Dan with DLM Contracting on advice from a friend, and I can't say enough good things about him!
We had him up on the roof after the wind took away some shingles. After fixing those he took his time walking off the whole roof and put new roofing tar on all the nails that were exposed from the roofers that we had a few years back.
We had him put new chimney caps on that came off in the last storm & had him install 3 new toilets and fixing a few drains along with fixing my lawn mower for me.
He is such a great person and we highly recommend booking an appointment with him today you wont be dissapointed!
I had Daniel McKay come out to look at and replace my electrical panel / entrance after i had another contractor out here that wanted to charge me double of what dan said he could do it for.
I'm an 84 year old woman, my husband passed away a few years ago and it was such a blessing to have met dan and the savings he gave to me!
He had an electrical inspector here to look everything over after he was done replacing the electrical panel and even the inspector told me how good his work was! I've called dan with multiple other issues I've had around the house and cant explain how well he treats me, its like I found a new son!
Fast, knows what he is doing, ontime couldn't be happier!
Thank you Dan for the fine work!
